Minor Peewee, 2016-2017, AE (Ancaster Minor Hockey)

In late August 7 months ago we started our hockey journey, After countless hours on the ice, in cars, Tim Hortons runs, tournaments and team parties. We are once AGAIN Champions. Thanks to the Guelph Gryphons for a great back and forth series.

Congrats!!!!!! After 64 games and approximately 106 hours of on ice practice. This amazing team that never quits, has reached another Tri- County Championship.

After 8 hard fought games this season with the Centre Wellington Fusion. We would like to wish them all the best, as they move on in the OMHA Playoffs, and hopefully win a championship. ********************************************************************** Marketing Update: Our 2017 Avalanche souvenir Jersey sales have exceeded expectations. We now have enough funds in the bank to Charter a private jet for the tri-county playoffs.    

Good afternoon Avalanche- Despite some challenging results at the Gretzky tournament recently, the coaching staff is extremely pleased with the collective development of the team this season and we're quite anxious to start the playoffs. We will continue to strive for equal playing time for all players & goalies for the rest of the playoffs.  Our line-up balance is quite a strength. That being said, we wont hesitate to reward deserving players with extra shifts at the end of periods, games, powerplay & penalty kill etc as we advance in the playoffs.  Our players should be ready for that ...
