The Golden Jersey - Coachability
Big shout out today to our Golden Jersey winner, Colton Roberge!
Coachability is a HUGE thing in sports. Before the game today, I went through a very quick tutorial on how to take a face-off (how to win the draw). Colton was able to, after only that one quick lesson, apply it to a live game situation.
His ability to learn something new, try it in the game, and be successful at it, is what makes him today's Golden Jersey award winner.
