The Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Monday June 19 from 7-9pm at the Ancaster Rotary Center. All parents with players registered with Ancaster Minor Hockey this past season (2022-2023) are invited to attend.
We will review and approve the Financial Statements for the 2022/2023 Hockey Season, approve updates to the by-laws as well as vote in our new board members for the upcoming season.

A reminder to all that we are still in need of volunteers for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. Nominations must be received by May 24, 2023. The nomination form is attached below.
