...... Av's make the best of a tough schedule in Barrie tournament....
A 9am start time on Friday morning didn't bode well for the Avs who came out hard with an early 2-0 lead over Innisfil. The Av's ran out of gas and eventually lost 5-2 to the winterhawks. A better game in the afternoon, but the Av's were stoned by a hot Barrie tender, losing 2-1. The boys came ready to play early Saturday morning with an impressive 5-0 win over the Peterbrough Petes!!! This game had the largest goal differential in our division but it was not enough to move them on! Way to finish strong boys!
