The FLYERS Weekend & Week Ahead...
JUST A REMINDER:

Let me repeat... we have a hockey practice this
THURSDAY...
Actually, that's going to work a LOT better for most families I'm guessing, than a Saturday night practice would this weekend.
THIS PAST WEEKENDS HOCKEY GAME:

Yup, another 2 -1 game.
Two weeks in a row now.
The Hawks two weeks ago, and the SHARKS last weekend.
But you know what, we played another GREAT game on Sunday, we really did.
We outplayed the SHARKS team, but just didn't get the bounces, for
the second week in a row.
But that's OK, we coaches love the way the kids are playing, love the
way that they just never give up, and we just keep getting better and
better as a hockey team.
It's a long season, and it 's all about improving as a TEAM, as the
season goes on, and we are.
The SHARKS have only lost one game this season, and we almost had
them Sunday, and had a tie against them the last time we played them, so we are
right there with them really.
We'll let them rack up the wins now, during the regular season,
and then see how things play out at the end of the season and the playoffs,
when it really matters. That's where our focus as a coaching staff is.
So well done boys, it was a very well played game, and we'll get
them next time.

B vs. WILD
WE are the not the home team for this hockey game, so we will not
need a timekeeper this week.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANYONE WILL BE MISSING THIS THURSDAY or
SUNDAY:
At present, we think that we will have a full roster for our game
on Sunday and our practice on Thursday night.
If there is going to be anyone else who is missing for the game or
practice however, then please let us know.
