Team Work
Hello Red Wing fans.
Today we saw a complete team effort!
We spoke before the game how working as a team to protect our goalie and go for that puck will benefit us. We saw everyone digging in the corner, attack the player with the puck and above all have tons of fun doing it.
Our defense was outstanding. Holding the line, clearing the puck and protecting the middle.
Our forwards all skated back and each time the other team was in our end, everyone was protecting our goalie and being aggressive on the puck. Perfect.
Individually everyone is getting stronger on their feet, keeping their heads up, and understanding playing a team game is fun.
As a team, we started to see the passing we have been hoping for, and we saw our first defesive rotation today. Amazing!!
I will not be at next weekends game, but wishing everyone luck from Malaysia.
