The boys fought hard in a back and forth contest versus the Stars this weekend and came out on top. Despite being down by two goals midway through the game the team kept at it and showed that some positive reinforcement to their teammates can go a long way.
We saw some great hustle from our D who assisted on many of the goals. The D core of Liam T, Jake S, Cole G, Darcy P, Eric E and Finn W kept the puck moving up the boards and our of our zone.
A big game between the pipes for our netminder Cole G (Colie the Goalie). Cole made some great saves and kept us in the game when we needed him. Well done!
Congrats to Thomas L, Toby W, Matthew Y, Daniel P and Liam W on their goals this week. All three of our lines contributed to the win with one or more goals. That's the kind of even distribution of offense we like to see.
