Congratulations to Silver Medalist Bantam Select. The team participated at the Pro Oil Change Select
tournament in Barrie April Fools weekend.
The division consisted of 8 teams and with victories over Barrie, Orillia, Lefroy, and Brantford, they finished 2nd overall after group play. Earning them a spot in the semi’s against Erindale who placed 3rd. Erindale tested Ancaster’s resilience and at the end prevailed with a 2-1 victory advancing to the finals. In the finals they faced a strong Halton Hills team who finished in 1st. It was a back and forth battle with both teams giving it their all, but in the end Halton Hills proved too strong and Ancaster won the silver medal.

The coaches would like to express how extremely proud they are the boys. They displayed tremendous work ethic, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament and the season. We could not have asked for a better bunch of boys.
