Tournament Registrations Completed
Good Day Everyone,
You likely saw the calendar updates come through already... We have successfully registered for three tournaments for this season.
DO NOT click the links on the website for hotel bookings. Beth and I are working with EventConnect to book a block of rooms for both Bradford and Barrie. We will email that information out separately so we can all stay together and celebrate as a team.
For those of you who are not familiar, these tournaments depend on teams to register so that the tournament can take place. In the past, we have occasionally seen tournaments get cancelled due to lack of registrants. The Bradford and Barrie tournaments are always well attended so I'm not too worried there. But in the event that Hespeler falls through, our backup plan would be to attend the Stoney Creek Winterfest tournament in February.
For now, please plan accordingly, and if you're going to be away on vacation over Christmas, let me know asap so I can arrange to call up an AP for this event.
