Shooting Pad Sessions and Spin Classes
Check the team calendar for shooting pad sessions and spin classes at Phoenix Fitness over the next month.

Shooting sessions will be for 30 minutes long for groups of 5 players at the Morgan B mini-pad.

Spin classes are being held at Phoenix Fitness next to Staples in the Meadowlands.
