ANCASTER COMMUNITY FOOD DRIVE - FILL THE HOCKEY BAGS
Help us fill some hockey bags with non-perishable food items for Ancaster Community Services.
Your donations will be accepted at the rink on Sunday March 3, 2024.
To thank you for your kind contributions to this initiative, for every item you bring, you will have a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to Boston Pizza!
Our friends at Fairway Electrical will be picking up our donations on Sunday March 3rd at 4pm.
SILENT AUCTION
Ancaster Minor Hockey Association is an non-profit organization dedicated to the development of youth through the sport of hockey. We are hosting a silent auction throughout Championship Weekend to help raise funds to continue to build a better Ancaster Minor Hockey League in our community.
Auction items will be on display at Morgan Firestone Arena.
We will be hosting this auction online, so you don’t have to be at the arena to bid. You can stay on top of the items you are bidding on from anywhere! You will need to register to participate.
We have some AMAZING items up for bid, including Toronto Maple Leaf Tickets donated by Taylor Leibow, Accountants & Advisors, Marsblades, Hockey Net, Hockey Stick and sports packages from Mak's Source for Sports, plus - gift certificates and so much more!
You will be able to view our items and start bidding on Friday March 1st at 6pm. The auction will close on Sunday March 3 at 6pm. Winning bids will be contacted on Monday March 4th for pick up of your item(s).

MEDALS & AWARDS - Sunday March 3, 2024
CHIPS, U 6/7 and U8, awards will commence after your icetime in FOYER AND IN THE ROTARY CENTRE ROOM
U9,11,13,15 will commence approximately 15 minutes after the CHAMPIONSHIP game in your division in the gymnasium.
U18 - year end celebration is off site Sunday March 3, 2024 at 6:15pm immediately following semi-final games. Team Awards will be given at this time. Medals will be given after each final game on Monday March 4, 2024.

U9, 11, 13, 15 will enjoy Dominos pizza and refreshments while awards are being presented.
CITY PLAYDOWNS
The city has brought back CITY PLAYDOWNS. This is an opportunity for our top teams in each division from U9-U18 to take on other hockey centres in the Hamilton area.
This means that each team that wins the Championship in their division will move onto the City Playdowns.
City Playdowns will take place from Sunday March 17- Saturday March 23, 2024. The games are played throughout the week at various arenas in Hamilton.
Coaches will have all the information required for your team to advance to the playdowns.

Angels Wings – serving french fries, variety of poutine and more!

Our friends from Hamilton Face Painter will be with us on Sunday March 3, from 9am-3pm.
PHOTOGRAPHER
SMILE. There will be a photographer on site taking photos of Championship Weekend for promotional use for the Association.
