Major Peewee AE's Win 3rd Tournament in a Row
The very resilient Major Peewee AE team captured gold at the Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC Winter Classic (Orillia) the weekend of Nov 10-12, 2017. This is their third straight tournament win this season, which puts them in pretty elite company in Ancaster Minor Hockey history.
Once again, the team went undefeated & only allowed 1 goal in 4 games. That’s now a very impressive 6 goals allowed in 13 total tournament games in 2017! They have truly embraced the team concept, getting key contributions from all 17 players all tournament long. As usual, they were backboned by solid goaltending, puck moving defensemen & quick forwards….“Teamwork makes the dream work”. Congratulations to all players, coaches & Team Manager on another great tournament.
