2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Monday July 26 at 7pm via Zoom
The AMHL Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday July 26 beginning at 7pm.  Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 restrictions around group gatherings for that time, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.  We ask that anyone interested in attending the AGM please register using the link below:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.  All parents with players registered with Ancaster Minor Hockey this past season (2020-2021) are invited to attend.

We will review and approve the Financial Statements for the 2020/2021 Hockey Season, as well as vote in our new board members for the upcoming season.

As per our AMHL Bylaws, the following board positions are up for application beginning with the 2021/2022 season. Please consider putting your name forward for one of our open positions (below). If you have any questions about the positions, or other volunteer opportunities, please contact me directly @ [email protected]

Positions Up for Election in 2021 (Odd Years) 

  • President
  • Secretary
  •  Director of Initiation
  • Director of Senior House League
  • Director of Special Events
  •  Director of Junior Rep Hockey and co-OMHA Contact

The following positions are open for election for 1 Year-term  

  • Vice-President (1 year)
  • Director of Sponsorship (1 year)
  • Director of Senior Rep Hockey and co-OMHA Contact (1-year currently vacant)

We are also looking to fill the following currently vacant position: Head Trainer – 2-year term

If you are interested in serving on the AMHL Board of Directors, please complete the application below and submit no later than June 4, 2021. AMHL bylaws require nomination forms to be submitted  a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the AGM. Please submit your nomination form to [email protected]


As per section 9.1 of the AMHL ByLaws:
"A Nomination Form must be completed by all nominees and two (2) nominators who are Members of the League. Such completed form must be delivered to the Secretary a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the election."
