2019-2020 Permission to Skate (PTS) Requests
Submitted By AMHL on Thursday, March 28, 2019
Players interested in trying out within the Hamilton AAA zone require a Permission to Skate (PTS) form from their home centre (Ancaster).

The AAA zone team for Ancaster players is now called Hamilton AAA (OHF Bulletin - Freedom of Choice – Hamilton AAA Region).

PTS form requests

Any players wishing to attend AAA tryouts in the spring will require a permission to skate form.

To request a PTS form please complete the PTS request form by  clicking here: or on the AMHL website under the Tryouts tab.  PTS forms will be sent via email once player is in compliance with the below terms:

1.      Players who were NOT rostered to AAA centre in the 2018-19 season must complete their registration with AMHL (online registration and fees paid in full) prior to the PTS form being released.  Registration is OPEN.

2.      2018-19 Rostered AAA Players (Hockey Canada Sanctioned) DO NOT have to register with AMHL or pay fees online but must still request a PTS form by filling in the online request.  Once filled the form will be emailed to you on or by April 10th.

3.      Midget Players (2002 and 2003) are not required to register and pay in full prior to picking up the approved PTS form. Please simply fill out the online form.

4.      If you are offered a AAA spot (any AAA Centre) and sign an Offer of Commitment (OOC) a AAA refund request can be made by contacting AMHL’s Administrator by email [email protected] and attaching a copy of the player’s OOC.

5.      You will be notified via email when the PTS is ready for pick up or it will be emailed to you by directly. (not before April 10th)
