2nd Season of Pilot Project
Submitted By AMHL on Tuesday, December 24, 2019
Upon our recent review of the pilot project for the Glancaster Bombers, both the AMHL and GMHA executive boards have voted in favour of continuing with the second season of the pilot project (2020-2021) between the two organizations for the combined rep system, as designed by the OMHA.

Our review included all aspects of hockey operations, including, but not limited to, the selection of coaches and players, costs and team budgets, apparel and equipment procurement, ice allocations, among others.

This has given us insight into what has worked very well, while affording us the understanding into what requires improvements.

Most importantly, the relationship between our two organizations is strong and a testament to our efforts to develop the best hockey players and outstanding citizens!!

We look forward to more success in the next season.

Good luck to all our teams the rest of the season and in the playoffs.
