Annual General Meeting(AGM) June 12
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday June 12 at 7:00pm in the Special Activity Room at the Rotary Centre (Morgan Firestone).The purpose of the meeting is to provide a recap of the past season, approve amendments to the AMHL By-Laws, approve the financial statements, elect the Board of Directors and discuss new business.
The Board of Directors is proposing a number of changes to the way that Ancaster Minor Hockey operates and the programs we will be offering, so we encourage all members to take the time to attend, hear these proposals and provide comments. This is your association and your voice in its development is important.
The following positions are up for election: Vice-President, Treasurer, Director of Junior House League, Director of Sponsorship and Publicity, Director of Equipment, Director of Coach and Player Development.
