Rep Team Survey
Submitted By AMHL on Monday, January 28, 2013
If your child is playing on a Rep team this season (AA or AE), the AMHL would like to get your feedback on his/her experience this season.

To ALL rep parents:

We have received many survey results thus far and have found the comments and data to be very helpful. In order to assure the survey results are accurate or statistically significant, we need responses from the majority of each team.

It is very common when surveying any group to get replies in a distinct and descriptive order - first you get the people that are mad as heck (we received one survey back within ten minutes of posting the link - not too happy!), then followed closely by those who are as happy as can be. Not that these people's opinions are not important - because they are and we have read every comment - but the bulk of the information is still missing. We need to get the feedback from those that are satisfied but may have that one small idea or opinion that makes us rethink how we are running rep hockey - to make a change that will benefit all kids for many years to come.

So if you have not yet found the time to fill out the survey please do so, please find the time which your bench staff have given so generously all year.

Thanks,
Ancaster Minor Hockey League

Please take 5 to 10 minutes to fill in an on-line survey to provide your feedback:

Please fill out one survey per child.

The survey is anonymous and the results will help our Association formulate future training opportunities and development programs. It will also serve as data in our current coach selection process.

We really do use this data and every note that is written is read so please tell us what it is that we need to do to improve. Perhaps there is something that we are just flat out missing, or share a great idea.

Thanks in advance,
Ancaster Minor Hockey League
