Open Board Positions

There are various opportunities to get involved in helping to run the organization. Each role gets renewed every 1 or 2 years, with new members being voted in at the AGM in early June.

Below you will find the positions that are up for election for the coming season. Please review the roles and responsibilities as there may be something there for you!

Glancaster Minor Hockey League Board of Director positions open for Election in 2025

The Glancaster Minor Hockey League Board of Directors is composed of 6 members from Ancaster Minor Hockey League and 6 members from Glanbrook Minor Hockey League, with both Presidents sitting on the Glancaster Board of Directors.

The positions from Ancaster are elected through Ancaster Minor Hockey League's membership. As such, the following positions are open for election for 2025 for Glancaster Minor Hockey Association:

  • Vice President
  • Director of Administration
  • Director of Rep Hockey

As per section 9.1 of the AMHL ByLaws:

"A Nomination Form must be completed by all nominees and two (2) nominators who are Members of the Ancaster Minor Hockey League. Such completed form must be delivered to the Secretary a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the election."
