Day 5 Itinerary
8:00am = arrival
8:15am to 8:45am = core training
8:45am to 9:00am = change for morning ice session and nutrition break
9:00am to 10:30am = morning ice session, power skating, skills and goalie training
10:30am to 11:00am = change for dry land training and nutrition break
11:00am to 12:00pm = dry land training session with Dan Filice
12:00pm to 12:30pm = lunch break
12:30pm to 12:45pm = chalk talk on team concepts
12:45pm to 1:00pm = change for afternoon ice session
1:00pm to 2:30pm = afternoon ice session, individual and team tactics, 3 on 3 game team challenge
2:30pm to 3:00pm = change and pick up
