U18, 2020-2021 (Ancaster Minor Hockey)

The final details are coming together for the upcoming hockey season. Some specifics won’t be available until after rep tryouts have wrapped up on Oct 4 but we wanted to share what we have confirmed so far so families can plan accordingly.

The City of Hamilton has provided the AMHL clarification regarding Proof of Vaccination and how it will be managed within their facilities.  As per the Provincial announcement on September 1, 2021, vaccine verification will be required to access indoor sports and recreation facilities as of September 22, 2021.

As the hockey season approaches, we are in need of coaches and trainers in all age groups for the upcoming season. The league cannot run without it’s volunteer coaches and trainers, it’s a great opportunity to help support your community, and ensure that kids have a great hockey experience.

The OMHA has made the decision to mandate that all eligible participants involved in minor hockey are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for the upcoming season by October 31, 2021.

All families will be automatically receiving a credit to their Hockey Canada account with the decision to conclude the AMHL 2020-2021 House league Season. Families can apply account credits towards next year registration or can apply for a refund.
