Hockey For Hunger, Team Calendar, Major Peewee AE, 2012-2013, AE (Ancaster Minor Hockey)

Please bring any new or gently used (and clean) winter coats to the arena where representatives from the Avalanche Peewee AE Team will be there to collect them.

You may also drop off coats during the week between December 16th to 21st – look for the big blue bin in the lobby between the two arenas (Morgan A and Morgan B). All coats will be donated to the Evan Rothwell Community Resource Centre at Robert Land School in Hamilton.

Last year there was very close to 100% team participation, collecting over 4,000 cans of food and bringing the four-year donation total to well over 10,000 food items!! This year, we would like to encourage all teams to get involved and participate in a friendly competition for a worthy cause. 

 

The team that collects the most food items will receive a teamm pizza party courtesy of Domino's Pizza in Ancaster, a power skating session with Kelly Reed Hockey & Power Skating,  and all the kids will feel good about doing something nice for those less fortunate.

 

We will be collecting the donations of non-perishable food items before every game (or practice if you’re feeling extra generous!). Please make sure your donation gets to Rikki Gross before the drop-off date of December 16.
