On the weekend of March 8-10 the u14 Select team won the Gold medal at the Essa Eagles John Prince Memorial tournament. This was their second tournament win so far in what is shaping up to be one heck of a season.
The team faced some good competition from both Cambridge and Oakville all weekend long, but strong defense and goaltending coupled with a few clutch goals eventually led to a 3-0 gold medal win over Cambridge in the final.
