Junior Bombers Development Program
The Glancaster Bombers are gearing up to offer The Junior Bombers Development Program to our U8 and U9 future Bombers starting in October 2023. Our players will work with the Junior Bombers Development Team on Skills and Skating to prepare for future seasons as a Rep player in the Bombers organization. Participants will learn to play full ice hockey, shortening their learning curve as they progress through Hockey Canada’s Player Pathways.
This program is only available to Glanbrook, Ancaster, or Glancaster Minor Hockey players.
Sessions will be broken down in three performance sessions (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) that players will graduate through to facilitate a more rapid progression into competitive hockey.
This development Program will run 2 stand alone 9 week programs from October through December, and January through March. We will run 6 sessions a month for a total of 36 sessions. Sessions will be capped at 20 Skaters. This program will cost $600 Per season and will include jerseys for registered players. Payment will be made in full prior to the program starting.
The Bombers are always looking for ways to get our future goalies involved in development. We will be running fully funded development program for our U8 and U9 goalies through Bujan Goalie Development throughout the upcoming season. Goalie Development for interested players will be subsidized through the Bombers Development program. Equipment can be provided and will be available for players at our sessions.
