Canadiens, Novice HL, 2015-2016 (Ancaster Minor Hockey)

AMHL has provided each Novice team with 4hrs on the Shooting Pad at Morgan B.  Realistically there isn’t enough room for everyone to use this small ice-pad at once so a schedule will have to be created.  This will be done on a first come-first served basis, capping each session at 5 players.  Our first hour is Saturday October 10 at 8:30 am.  Our other hours are Nov. 14, Dec. 6 and Jan. 2.

Attached is a copy of the Medical Form that needs to be filled out and returned A.S.A.P.  These forms will be kept on file with the trainer’s kit just in case there is need for them during the season...hopefully not.
