Up against a strong Bruins team, the Flyers held their own this weekend. Down 2-0 with only two minutes to play we opted to pull the goalie...again! Pulling the goalie three times in seven games is not the norm but it sure does make it exciting.
The boys rallied with the extra attacker and made it 2-1 with 30 seconds to play. A great hustle play from Daniel P almost saved the empty netter but in the end the Bruins scored to put the game away.
The coaches will continue to adjust the line combinations but we are feeling good about positional play at this point. Congrats to Thomas L on his goal and to the rest of his linemates for their hard work in the corner to keep the puck in.
