In Milton on Saturday, the Winterhawks jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead early in the first period as the Avalanche looked a little jet lagged from the trip to Milton. But Aidan C. closed the gap to 3-1 late in the first period. He would add another goal in the second period as the Avs seemed to find their skating legs and only trailed 4-2 going to the third. Two late goals sealed the victory for the Winterhawks, 6-2 final.
