On Monday the Avalanche returned to the friendly confines of Morgan Firestone Arena and were greeted by a loud and enthusiastic crowd as they prepared to faceoff against the Orangeville Flyers. This game was fast paced and entertaining with lots of chances at both ends of the rink. The lone Avalanche marker came when Sandro C. scored shorthanded on a strong individual effort off the boards. The Avs were unable to score again despite numerous chances from close range. Final Score Orangeville 4- Ancaster 1.
